Manage inbound and outbound sales at the Phoenix branch: handle counter/phone/email inquiries, create quotes and orders in Sage 100, resolve customer issues, meet monthly sales targets, prospect for new business, develop product knowledge, and lead/coach the inside sales team.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, advanced financial modeling, variance analysis, and month-end close support. Prepare executive reporting for income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow. Analyze margins, inventory valuation, and operational KPIs; improve reporting systems, ERP processes, and internal controls to drive performance and scalable reporting solutions.

Partner with plant and operations leadership to manage cost control, standard costing, inventory valuation, budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis, KPI dashboards, capital investment evaluation, and ERP reporting improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Drive territory growth by managing existing accounts and developing new prospects through in-person calls, market planning, CRM tracking, product training, and cross-team issue resolution. Regular overnight travel within the assigned Western NC / Eastern TN territory is required.

Recruit, train, and manage high-performing teams, implement enablement and performance frameworks, and optimize customer lifecycle, upsell/cross-sell, and service operations to improve conversion, order accuracy, and customer experience.

Drive territory growth by prospecting manufactured housing communities, contractors, and service providers. Build and maintain customer relationships and pipeline, prepare quotes, close sales, and support branch operations. Conduct regular customer visits, track activity in CRM, coordinate fulfillment, and provide exceptional service to grow revenue and market share.

Develop and execute a territory sales plan for Phoenix, calling on existing accounts and prospects, prospecting new business, collaborating with branch staff, tracking opportunities, providing product training, managing account setup and credit issues, forecasting, and attending trade shows to achieve sales and growth targets.
