Serve as primary client contact for ~900-1,000 accounts, managing the order lifecycle via phone/email: provide quotes, verify inventory, estimate shipping, monitor order flow and dashboards, collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment, suggest alternatives for OOS items, document and escalate system issues, and meet departmental SLAs.

Design, build, and maintain scalable C#/.NET web applications and RESTful APIs for a high‑transaction eCommerce platform. Improve performance, troubleshoot production issues, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with product and UX teams on new features and integrations.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI frameworks, perform sales and performance analyses, prepare reporting for leadership, support forecasting and cross-functional initiatives, and drive data integration and process improvements to inform commercial decisions.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and RESTful APIs using C# and modern .NET. Work on new features and maintenance, optimize performance, ensure code quality through testing and peer reviews, collaborate with product and UX, and support integrations with e-commerce platforms and internal systems.

Manage and grow a territory of accounts via phone and email, pursue new business, deliver consultative sales and presentations, analyze customer data for opportunities, coordinate cross-functionally, oversee product launches and pricing, and maintain accurate administrative and sales funnel reporting to drive revenue and profitability.
