Manage IAT certification agents and system engineers to ensure systems achieve certification and accreditation per DoD RMF and DON CIO IA Policy for Platform IT. Must hold active Secret clearance, IAM II and NQV Level III certifications, a CS bachelors degree, and 5 years' demonstrable experience. Work onsite at NSWC-PD or regional contractor office. Navy support experience preferred.

Lead and perform cybersecurity assessments and risk analyses across system lifecycles. Plan, execute, and report security audits, vulnerability assessments, control testing, and deliver assessment artifacts (SCA reports, risk assessments). Act as a cybersecurity consultant advising on security requirements, privacy, compliance, and regulatory risks.

Lead and oversee the entire program and teams supporting USPTO IT services. Ensure contract deliverables and SLAs are met. Serve as primary interface with government leadership (COR, OCIO), allocate corporate resources, provide administrative direction, and manage on-site support in Alexandria, VA.

Receive, log, and manage FOIA/Privacy Act requests; search databases for responsive records; convert and review documents; draft routine correspondence; maintain tracking databases and case files; assist with privacy assessments and compliance tracking; provide general office support.

Provide management and analytical support to NSWC-PD programs. Requires active Secret clearance, onsite work, a Bachelor’s in business or technical field, and at least five years’ experience in engineering/science management, operations research, or financial/cost analysis with significant U.S. Navy program experience.

Create and edit communications for program, Agency, and national audiences, producing briefs, talking points, website content, newsletters, training/reference guides, scripts, and visual materials while collaborating with SMEs and graphic artists.

Serves as the Wing's resource advisor/budget analyst supporting formulation, execution, analysis, and administration of the Wing budget. Monitors obligations and expenditures, prepares budget estimates and adjustments, conducts financial analyses and special studies, advises leadership, participates in financial working groups, and uses Air Force financial systems to track and report funds.

Review, analyze, and process FOIA and Privacy Act requests; search for responsive records; apply FOIA exemptions and redact protected information; draft determinations and correspondence; review appeals and privacy assessments (PTA/PIA/SORN); track cases and metrics in case management systems; update SOPs and compliance documentation; liaise with requesters and internal stakeholders to clarify scope and ensure lawful disclosures.

Manage and maintain SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 integrations, administer site collections and permissions, troubleshoot issues and support users, develop governance and security policies, create documentation and training materials, and collaborate with teams to implement SharePoint solutions.

Support business development by researching accounts, conducting outbound outreach, qualifying leads, maintaining CRM and pipeline data, preparing briefings and call notes, coordinating meetings/demos, and collaborating with sales, technical, and marketing teams to support a fast-paced sales pipeline.
