Secure and manage enterprise/cloud (Azure) data platforms: network security, threat detection, vulnerability management, encryption/DLP, incident response and recovery for large-scale data systems. Maintain compliance and operate onsite in Washington, DC; required active Public Trust and CISSP, CCSP, CompTIA Cloud+ certifications.

Provide RMF guidance to developers, ensure IA compliance with DoD/DIA policies, recommend and implement security monitoring, support assessment and authorization, and troubleshoot IA issues to achieve authorization to operate.

Support RMF compliance and authorization activities for DoD systems: develop and maintain System Security Plans, POA&Ms, perform vulnerability scanning and remediation, implement STIG/SRG requirements, use tools like ACAS/SCAP/eMASS/VRAM, patch and image assets, and support configuration management and audits to obtain/maintain ATO/IATT/AO.

Perform RMF lifecycle tasks to obtain/maintain IATT/AO/ATO, implement and test DoD STIG/SRG controls, run vulnerability assessments (ACAS/SCAP/SCC), maintain POA&Ms in eMASS/VRAM, patch and harden Windows Server and Cisco assets, image/re-image systems, and support configuration management and PPSM for NSWC-PD.

Perform cybersecurity, T&E, and A&A tasks using information assurance tools (eMASS, ACAS); administer Microsoft Windows OS (Win11/10/7/XP); execute CLI and PowerShell automated tasks; support authorization and assessment activities onsite at NSWC-PD or regional contractor sites. Requires active Secret clearance and IAT II certification with minimum five years related experience.

Provide back-end development and KM/web development support to automate collection, organization, dissemination, visualization, and archival of USSTRATCOM J2 intelligence products. Improve digital production, business processes, dashboards, integrations, security on DoD classified networks, and train stakeholders while communicating with senior government and military officials.

Manage KM projects: identify requirements and scope, plan and document tasks, use MS Project/Project Server and OnePager, integrate MS Office with SharePoint, track deliverables and milestones, prioritize work, streamline processes, and present status to stakeholders including senior leaders.

Provide production support for enterprise API Gateway environments including monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response, and operational continuity. Perform root cause analysis, backup and recovery, performance tuning, and vulnerability remediation for mission-critical, high-transaction systems.

Serve as a technical SME for implementation and migration of Kong Enterprise or comparable API Gateway platforms. Responsibilities include API gateway implementation, enterprise integrations, gateway migration, policy and plugin configuration, developer portal support, and ensuring API security. Collaborate on CI/CD, container orchestration, and cloud API management solutions.

Design and automate deployment pipelines for enterprise API Gateway implementations. Develop CI/CD/GitOps workflows, infrastructure and configuration automation, and support API deployments using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and container platforms.
