Owns the end-to-end franchise sales cycle for multi-unit development, from self-sourced lead generation through signed agreements and studio openings. Builds relationships with franchise investors, family offices, operators, athletes, and high-net-worth individuals; presents investment models and unit economics; manages complex negotiations; and coordinates with Marketing, Legal, Finance, Real Estate, and Network teams. Partners with the CRO on growth strategy, develops new channels, represents the brand at industry events, and ensures successful deal handoffs.

Leads global supply chain operations, logistics, fulfillment, order management, vendor coordination, inventory execution, purchase orders, and franchisee support. Oversees delivery tracking, demand planning, inventory accuracy, vendor performance, and disruption response. Partners with Finance and Accounting on reconciliations, cash forecasting, inventory valuation, and audit documentation. Coordinates equipment fulfillment with studio opening schedules and monitors service-level KPIs to resolve recurring issues.
