The Process Engineer serves as the site manufacturing-process expert, troubleshooting technology, quality, equipment, and productivity issues. Responsibilities include leading continuous-improvement and CAPEX projects, implementing new processes, conducting root-cause analysis, managing documentation, improving safety and quality, optimizing capacity and costs, and supporting plant leadership. The role collaborates with maintenance, contractors, corporate teams, and cross-functional stakeholders in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Lead process improvement and troubleshooting for acrylic sheet manufacturing using DOE and LEAN tools. Optimize yield, labor, set‑up times, and quality; execute trials, root cause analysis, customer complaint resolution, staff training, and ISO/IMS-compliant projects.

Serve as primary internal owner and liaison for SAP ECC 6 support: triage tickets, assess business impact, coordinate with third-party SAP providers, manage prioritization, validate fixes, coordinate testing, document processes, support Finance-related activities, and improve cross-functional SAP processes and reporting.

Lead and optimize plastics production processes (sheet extrusion, rollstock, thermoforming) using DOE, Lean/Six Sigma, and data analysis. Drive process improvements, troubleshoot root causes, run trials, develop SOPs, manage projects, support customer complaints, train staff, and ensure ISO/Operational Excellence compliance.

Lead and maintain the plant Quality Management System (ISO9001/AS9100), perform audits, data analysis and trend identification, drive corrective actions (RCCA, 8D, A3, CAPA), support supplier quality, lead returns/rejects resolution, and participate in continuous improvement and Kaizen events to improve KPIs.
