Develop and execute Windward’s U.S. public-sector marketing and brand strategy across federal, defense, intelligence, homeland security, and law-enforcement markets. Responsibilities include positioning complex technology, managing events and executive programs, building thought leadership, creating content and sales-enablement materials, developing partnerships, coordinating agencies and vendors, and measuring program performance. The role requires close collaboration with public-sector sales, executives, customers, and external stakeholders.

Manage global enterprise customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, and growth. Serve as a maritime subject matter expert, deliver training and webinars, lead renewal negotiations, identify upsell opportunities, communicate customer feedback internally, and collaborate with Support, Sales, Product, and R&D teams. The role requires maritime or trading and shipping experience, SaaS expertise, commercial acumen, and approximately 30% global travel.

Lead the greenfield build and ongoing operation of Windward’s AWS GovCloud federal infrastructure. Own FedRAMP authorization, CMMC assessment, compliance audits, workload migration, Terraform-based infrastructure, EKS, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, incident response, disaster recovery, and audit readiness. Partner with assessors and government contractors, establish operational practices, and hire and lead the federal infrastructure team.

Own named Intelligence Community accounts end-to-end: map accounts, discover mission needs, validate technically, architect procurement paths, close executive-level deals, build teaming networks, maintain MEDDPICC-qualified forecasts, and feed customer requirements into product roadmap to expand multi-directorate adoption.

Lead and scale the US Federal Sales Engineering team, act as senior technical pre-sales leader for DoD/IC/federal law enforcement pursuits, design tailored solutions, run demos/PoCs/value workshops, oversee demo readiness and RFP responses, and collaborate cross-functionally to inform product and customer strategy.

Provide end-to-end technical support for B2B and B2G customers, troubleshoot product, API, and data issues, manage tickets and SLAs, collaborate with Product/R&D, and support onboarding and training to resolve complex technical and compliance-related problems.
