Own named Intelligence Community accounts end-to-end: map accounts, discover mission needs, validate technically, architect procurement paths, close executive-level deals, build teaming networks, maintain MEDDPICC-qualified forecasts, and feed customer requirements into product roadmap to expand multi-directorate adoption.

Lead and scale the US Federal Sales Engineering team, act as senior technical pre-sales leader for DoD/IC/federal law enforcement pursuits, design tailored solutions, run demos/PoCs/value workshops, oversee demo readiness and RFP responses, and collaborate cross-functionally to inform product and customer strategy.

Serve as the on‑site U.S. finance lead: manage month/quarter close, financial reporting, controls, U.S. payroll and benefits, sales tax compliance, and partner with global finance while advising senior business leaders.

Drive early-stage pipeline for U.S. public sector by sourcing and qualifying opportunities, conducting outbound prospecting (email/phone/LinkedIn), running discovery calls, explaining Windward's solutions, handling objections, qualifying leads, using AI tools and maintaining CRM data before handing off to Sales Director.
