Maintains and replenishes medical supplies across assigned healthcare areas, managing inventory levels, reorder points, cycle counts, product rotation, quality checks, and supply documentation. Reviews utilization and distributor reports to resolve shortages, backorders, and discrepancies. Supports specialty cart readiness, regulatory and infection-prevention standards, process improvement, project leadership, peer training, and supervisory coverage. May assist with STAT deliveries and customer support.

Designs, develops, and optimizes enterprise data pipelines, ETL processes, data models, databases, and healthcare analytics solutions. Supports database administration, performance tuning, security, high availability, disaster recovery, deployments, and data governance. Collaborates with analysts, data scientists, application developers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable data infrastructure for AI, machine learning, business intelligence, and population health initiatives.

Architect and deliver enterprise-scale software platforms across multiple clients and business domains. Lead architecture decisions, establish engineering frameworks and standards, evaluate emerging technologies, drive software quality and governance, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor senior engineers. The role requires technical leadership across complex initiatives from concept through deployment while advancing PCCI’s healthcare technology ecosystem.
