Independently manages federal proposal and RFx responses from solicitation review through submission. Responsibilities include compliance matrices, proposal writing and editing, RFI and Sources Sought responses, color team reviews, content library management, document control, stakeholder coordination, portal monitoring, and post-submission lessons learned. The role also mentors team members and supports training and transactional bids while ensuring compliance with government requirements, deadlines, formatting, and submission standards.

Serve as primary customer contact and liaison, manage and process orders, resolve issues, monitor accounts for growth, maintain contract knowledge, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Source and research items to fulfill customer material requests, identify and escalate sourcing or contract issues, negotiate pricing/terms with guidance, evaluate supplier performance, assist post-order resolution, and collaborate with internal teams while completing departmental training and using Microsoft Office tools.

Serve as the primary customer contact for government accounts: manage and resolve order issues, place orders/quotes/service requests, maintain contract knowledge, proactively monitor accounts for growth, and collaborate across teams to meet response and escalation SLAs.

Provide hands-on legal support for government contracting compliance (FAR/DFARS), assist compliance program execution, audits and reviews, training, responses to government inquiries, agreement review and risk-flagging, prepare guidance and documentation, and collaborate with business stakeholders and outside counsel.

Drive sales to military and federal customers by building and expanding relationships, establishing dealer partnerships, managing CRM records, coordinating internal teams and supply chain, and traveling (~50%) to bases, trade shows, and events to generate leads and close business.
