Provides advanced modeling and simulation, systems analysis, and test and evaluation support for weapon systems. Develops and validates high-fidelity simulations, analyzes flight-test and engineering data, conducts statistical experiments, supports VV&A activities, and assesses system performance, survivability, lethality, and weapon effects. Prepares technical reports and recommendations while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering and program teams throughout the acquisition lifecycle.

Support secure and accredited DoD information systems for the AEWTTR program at China Lake. Responsibilities include cybersecurity, RMF and system accreditation activities, vulnerability assessment and remediation, STIG compliance, technical documentation, cybersecurity artifacts, stakeholder communication, and problem resolution. The role requires independent work onsite, coordination with government and contractor personnel, and adaptation to changing mission priorities.

Develops and executes hardware and software test procedures for avionics, communications, navigation, weapon, and mission systems. Performs system integration, compliance testing, and performance analysis using specialized test equipment and simulators. Investigates defects, determines root causes, implements corrective actions, and supports aircrew trainers, flight testing, cockpit upgrades, and technical qualification activities for military aviation programs.

Develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable software for DoD programs. Write clean C# code, participate in Agile ceremonies, debug and resolve defects, support unit and integration testing, assist with version control, build pipelines, deployments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement features and enhancements.

Supports project planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, documentation, budget tracking, and risk management. Collects and analyzes project data, maintains milestone and action-item trackers, prepares dashboards and stakeholder briefings, monitors scope, schedule, cost, and quality, and recommends corrective actions. Coordinates with project managers, customers, subcontractors, and internal teams while supporting audits, reviews, and compliance requirements. Occasional travel may be required.

Administer, secure, and modernize enterprise Windows and Linux server and network environments. Manage DNS, DHCP, Active Directory/GPOs, patching, OS upgrades, SQL databases, DISA STIG compliance, and automation (PowerShell). Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination with engineers, cybersecurity staff, and stakeholders to support mission-critical operations.

Analyze business and technical requirements, develop and support computer-based solutions, maintain and enhance systems, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, support development/testing/implementation, maintain databases, coordinate with engineers and users, and provide guidance to junior staff.

Provide technical project leadership and systems engineering for Subsonic Aerial Target programs: develop schedules and execution plans, manage scope, risks, and deliverables, coordinate documentation and software/configurations, support lifecycle and test activities, liaise with Government, contractors, and OEMs, run technical reviews and executive briefings, and manage logistics and process improvements to ensure successful Navy test and evaluation outcomes.

Support design, analysis, testing, integration, and sustainment of mechanical systems. Create drawings/models, perform engineering calculations, support fabrication and testing, troubleshoot assemblies, participate in design reviews, assist materials selection, and ensure compliance with requirements and standards while collaborating across disciplines.

Plan, implement, upgrade, and monitor security measures for networks and systems. Assess vulnerabilities, propose and execute risk mitigations, respond to security incidents, and assist in developing IA/system security documentation and controls.
