Manage configuration control, system baselines, and change management for Navy IT and engineering systems. Ensure RMF/STIG and DoD/Navy policy compliance, support monitoring and incident response across distributed CONUS/OCONUS environments, and collaborate with Government stakeholders.

Administer, maintain, and secure enterprise servers and virtual environments across global Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) environments. Implement configurations, updates, and patches; troubleshoot complex issues; support DoD cybersecurity compliance (STIGs, RMF); maintain system documentation and baselines; and perform other assigned duties to ensure system reliability and performance.

Lead enterprise IT operations, engineering, and cybersecurity across distributed CONUS/OCONUS LVC environments. Ensure system availability, RMF/STIG compliance, ITSM/ITIL practices, incident/change management, staff leadership, ATO support, and alignment with Navy mission objectives.

Lead and coordinate complex operational efforts across multiple departments and locations; formulate policies, manage resources and contractor execution, serve as primary government COR interface, ensure contractual compliance, and provide strategic oversight to achieve mission objectives.

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) for mission-critical Navy LVC environments. Optimize performance, manage backup/recovery, replication, clustering, and high-availability solutions. Implement RMF/STIG-compliant security controls, support ATO/accreditation activities, capacity planning, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with DoD/Navy cybersecurity policies and support system documentation and remediation.

Design, engineer, and integrate enterprise IT systems for Navy LVC environments. Perform system engineering tasks: design, integration and testing, configuration analysis, and technical documentation. Support RMF/STIG compliance and DoD enterprise IT environments; assist with other duties as assigned.

Provide systems engineering support for AMBIT/SIS programs: requirements analysis, system architecture, integration, modeling/simulation, verification/validation, and sustainment of RF, telemetry, IT, and cybersecurity systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and produce technical documentation to support deployment and operational decision-making.

Create, maintain, and control technical drawings, network diagrams, system schematics, and controlled documentation for Navy IT and engineering environments. Manage versioning, configuration control, repositories (SharePoint/CMDB), support change boards, ensure DoD/Navy compliance, and assist audits and accreditation.
