Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows servers and Windows 11 desktops, LAN/WAN, printers, and network security for ~75 users and 125 devices. Perform ACAS/SCAP vulnerability scans and patch remediation, harden systems, schedule backups, build lab/test environments, and prepare documentation for eMASS ATO submissions. Provide onsite system administration and support.

Administer, maintain, and optimize Oracle databases on-premises and in AWS. Perform backups/recovery with Data Pump and RMAN (Rubrik), monitor performance and space, manage accounts, ensure DoD STIG compliance, troubleshoot connections, and provide occasional off-hours onsite/telework support for upgrades and patching.

Lead administration and sustainment of Windows and UNIX/Linux systems in a secure DoD environment. Manage RMF/ATO efforts, STIG compliance, vulnerability remediation (ACAS), patching, configuration management, CCB/change control, and enterprise infrastructure. Prepare RMF accreditation packages, support audits and continuous monitoring, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with IA personnel and government stakeholders.

Serve as single point of authority for contract execution: provide strategic leadership and executive oversight, ensure contract and financial performance, direct multi-site cross-functional teams, interface with senior government leadership, deliver high-level program briefings, and maintain customer satisfaction.
