Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations and funds; manage engagement budgets; liaise with clients and tax authorities; mentor staff; support business development and professional growth.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Tax Controversy practice: manage calendars, prepare and proofread documents, coordinate meetings and travel, handle confidential client files, assist with engagement setup, billing, expense reporting, and workflow coordination across engagements and special projects.

Perform cost segregation and fixed-asset studies, conduct site visits and quantity surveys, analyze construction documents and costs, estimate construction costs using national costing sources, coordinate with owners/architects/contractors, and support development of the cost segregation practice.

Lead and review complex international tax engagements, advise clients on cross-border tax structuring and treaty use, ensure compliance (5471/5472/FBAR/FATCA), manage projects and staff, and provide technical expertise to grow the international tax practice.

Support Tax Financial Services by applying coursework to hands-on tax and accounting tasks, using Excel, QuickBooks and other office tools. Work 20–40 hours weekly, collaborate with teams, meet learning objectives, communicate effectively, and start in November 2026. Internship emphasizes professional growth and flexible scheduling around class commitments.

Provide tax consulting and compliance for hedge, private equity, and real estate funds; prepare complex partnership tax filings and allocations; research fund tax treatments; assist fund structuring and resolve tax issues with clients and authorities.
