Provide high-level administrative and coordination support to Technology and Data & Operations leadership. Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, and confidential materials; track deadlines, vendor follow-ups, audit items, and action items; prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes; improve administrative processes and support executive-level events and projects.

Lead annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting, partner with lines of business for variance analysis, serve as FP&A business partner, administer Syntellis Axiom EPM, build financial models and dashboards, and present actionable financial insights to senior leadership to improve profitability and decision-making.

Manage discretionary fiduciary and agency investment portfolios, execute securities transactions, perform Reg. 9 fiduciary reviews, grow client relationships, market investment services, liaise with auditors/regulators, and support development of wealth management policies, products, and team guidance while maintaining regulatory and professional knowledge.

Lead enterprise projects from discovery through close, managing scope, budget, schedule, risks, and resources; ensure compliance, mentor PMs, provide reporting, and act as EPMO backup.

Prepare financial reports analyzing balance sheet, profitability, and interest rate risk. Support ALM and IRR model setup, assumptions, back-testing and stress testing. Assist with ALCO reporting, regulatory filings, treasury reconciliations, and provide backup on treasury functions and special projects.
