The Development Officer will create fundraising channels, engage community organizations, and manage campaigns to enhance donor relationships and increase support for the organization.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior fundraising leaders including calendaring, travel, communications, and donor materials; coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and global projects; maintain donor records in Raiser's Edge NXT; manage workflows, take minutes, and assist with onboarding and training for development staff.

The Senior Development Officer will lead fundraising efforts, cultivate donor relationships, and drive significant philanthropic investments for JDC's mission.
