Support aircraft modification, repair, and certification programs by developing certification strategies, compliance matrices, test plans, and certification artifacts. Coordinate tests, inspections, regulatory approvals, and technical reviews with internal teams and external stakeholders (FAA, DERs, ODA, military). Reviews order accuracy, tracks materials and production milestones, maintains ERP and project records, communicates customer updates, escalates delivery risks, supports shipping documentation, prepares status reports, and improves order tracking and scheduling processes.

Design, test, and support power distribution and protection equipment. Tasks include electrical and thermal design, schematics and BOM creation, lab testing, troubleshooting, documentation, third-party device integration, and product safety certification (UL/CSA/IEC).

Responsibilities include creating electrical drawings and BOMs, interpreting schematics, performing load calculations and functional testing, ensuring NEC compliance, resolving defects, and integrating controls, displays, sensors, and HMIs. The role also trains electricians and production employees, coordinates with engineering, sales, manufacturing, customers, and suppliers, and provides technical guidance in office and manufacturing environments.

Leads accounting and finance operations, including financial reporting, close processes, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, controls, audits, compliance, financial modeling, and executive reporting. Partners with senior leadership on financial strategy and business decisions while managing, mentoring, and developing accounting and finance staff. The role is hands-on and requires process improvement, strong analytical judgment, and on-site work in Charlottesville, Virginia.
