Drive new business by prospecting, networking, and managing the full sales cycle for HR/HCM and BPO services. Qualify leads, negotiate contracts, own implementation and client relationships, maintain CRM pipeline, meet sales quotas, and travel domestically for client meetings and events.

Perform financial statement audits, reviews, and attestations for small-to-medium businesses. Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, conduct substantive testing and analytical reviews, prepare financial statements, disclosures, and audit reports, and collaborate with clients to obtain documentation and resolve issues. Work onsite daily in Chester County, PA.

Prepare, review, and file federal, state, and local individual tax returns (Form 1040s) including Schedules C, D, and E. Conduct bilingual (English/Spanish) client interviews and consultations, provide tax planning and year-round advisory services, research complex tax issues, ensure IRS compliance, and serve as primary contact for Spanish-speaking clients.

Sell HR/HCM and managed services by generating new business, owning full sales cycle, negotiating deals, maintaining pipeline in Salesforce, meeting quotas, supporting implementation, and traveling for client meetings and events.
