Meet 2–3 pre-qualified homeowners daily to inspect homes, recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors, present financing options, close high-ticket sales, build lasting customer relationships, and participate in ongoing sales training.

Lead and coach a team of field marketers while also driving personal door-to-door sales. Run meetings, train and develop reps, manage CRM and territory protocols, track performance metrics, and report to regional leadership.
