Lead accounting and financial management across multiple nonprofit entities: maintain GAAP compliance, oversee month-end close, audits, tax filings, grants and multi-entity accounting, manage treasury and banking, supervise accounting staff, support budgeting/forecasting, and advise senior leadership on financial strategy and systems optimization.

Lead California fundraising strategy and execution, focusing on major donors, PACs, and events.
