Supports project managers with scheduling, action-item tracking, documentation, reporting, stakeholder communication, meeting preparation, and maintaining project tracking systems. Helps build PMO processes, templates, and organizational records while coordinating across departments and identifying issues early. The role requires strong organization, communication, adaptability, and attention to detail, with opportunities to develop project management skills. CAPM certification or active pursuit, project coordination, events, operations, and client-facing experience are preferred.
