Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and corporate roles: partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, manage pipelines in Lever, improve recruiting strategies, support employer branding, ensure compliance, and meet hiring goals.

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues; install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and printers; administer user accounts and Office 365; support NextGen EHR and other applications; troubleshoot and escalate issues; run training sessions; help implement IT policies; collaborate with IT team and travel occasionally to Portland-area offices.

Own weekly and monthly revenue reporting and KPIs; build financial models, forecasts, and dashboards; support monthly close, investor reporting, and fundraising; run ad hoc analyses for growth, new markets, and strategic initiatives; partner with operations and leadership to improve financial visibility and scalable processes.
