Develop, maintain, and modernize enterprise Java applications used in aerospace environments. Participate across the SDLC in an Agile team: design, code, test, debug, document, and support mission-critical systems while following quality, security, and compliance requirements.

Lead a production support team to meet aggressive SLAs for aerospace/defense clients. Drive urgency, resolve escalations, run daily standups, implement automation and in-house AI, analyze ticket trends, author technical documentation, and coach staff while collaborating cross-functionally to improve workflows and QA.
