Lead external disputes and contentious matters globally for FIFA, managing litigation, criminal and arbitration cases, settlement negotiations, external counsel, budgets, and court hearings. Provide cross-functional legal advice on contentious risks, draft and review documents, and represent FIFA in hearings and negotiations.

Provide commercial and media legal advice for FIFA globally: draft and negotiate partnership, media, IP, licensing and technology agreements; support Web3, digital platforms, gaming, e-sports, music and tournament-related matters; maintain templates; liaise with external counsel; support subsidiaries and FIFA technology/innovation teams on commercial opportunities.

Provide commercial legal support for FIFA's Innovation, Technology and digital operations, advising on media distribution, data and AI initiatives, hardware/software procurement, IP/exploitation of proprietary technology, website T&Cs, and commercial transactions. Draft and maintain templates, liaise with Data Protection, support Football, Technology and Innovation Department, and negotiate complex agreements.

Lead and conduct independent ethics investigations and proceedings under the FIFA Code of Ethics, including financial forensic analysis, drafting communications, witness preparation, legal analyses, and drafting final reports and Adjudicatory Chamber decisions. Collaborate with internal departments and external experts, develop workflows and templates, advise on prevention measures, and support Ethics Committee meetings and reporting.
