Senior Legal Counsel supporting FIFA’s Agents Chamber by managing contractual disputes, regulatory investigations, licensing applications, legal advice, compliance matters, CAS appeals, jurisprudence research, and legal drafting. The role requires independent case management, expertise in FIFA football regulations and sports dispute resolution, stakeholder engagement, mentoring, and strategic departmental support.

Provides administrative and operational support to FIFA’s Commercial Legal and Compliance team. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, travel and expense support, event and training organization, preparation of legal correspondence and presentations, tracking and reporting, special projects, and adherence to internal processes. The role requires strong organization, communication, professionalism, prioritization, and the ability to support a busy international legal team.

Manage FIFA regulatory governance and complex investigations into potential breaches of football regulations. Provide legal analysis, regulatory feedback, stakeholder guidance, case files, and reports for disciplinary proceedings. Monitor international transfer activity, oversee minor administrative cases, develop compliance education, research FIFA and CAS jurisprudence, improve investigative processes, and mentor team members.

Provide commercial and media legal advice for FIFA globally: draft and negotiate partnership, media, IP, licensing and technology agreements; support Web3, digital platforms, gaming, e-sports, music and tournament-related matters; maintain templates; liaise with external counsel; support subsidiaries and FIFA technology/innovation teams on commercial opportunities.
