Manage daily air import/export operations for a Houston branch: supervise staff, ensure timely processing and regulatory compliance, coordinate carriers and agents, resolve shipment issues, control costs, prepare operational and financial reports, and lead budgeting and forecasting.

Coordinate LCL ocean import operations including cargo receiving, documentation (B/Ls, manifests, arrival notices), OS&D resolution, CFS tasks, customs clearance, track & trace, exam/hold billing, claims handling, and timely processing of the MIA OPS mailbox. Support door deliveries and customer service in a fast-paced NVOCC/freight-forwarding environment.

Manage a multi-state sales territory for international freight: develop business through regular customer visits and calls, document activity in CRM, coordinate follow-ups, analyze customer trends, generate and distribute leads, and collaborate with local and international teams to grow revenue.

Coordinate all aspects of air export shipments from quoting to file closing: schedule pickups, rate shipments, communicate with customers/vendors/offices, file AES and issue airway bills, handle direct shipments/consolidations/domestic loads, meet KPIs, maintain book of business, and ensure compliance with TSA/CBP/US Census.

Coordinate LCL ocean import operations including cargo receiving, container load planning and stowage, documentation (B/L, dock receipts, manifests), track-and-trace, OS&D resolution, door delivery and customs clearance, CFS tasks, billing, exams/holds, claims, and customer diversion requests. Support mailbox processing and perform cargo utilization and cost analysis.
