Prepare competitive air, ocean, domestic, and project cargo quotes using Phoenix, TMS, operational systems, and online tools. Calculate freight weights, dimensions, space requirements, container needs, and applicable rates. Review carrier lanes, ports, hubs, tariffs, Incoterms, and vendor proposals. Respond to overseas requests, support RFQs, and maintain regular internal and external customer communication.

Supports the employee lifecycle through recruiting, onboarding, orientation, records management, employee inquiries, and offboarding. Maintains confidential personnel files, HR systems, documentation, and compliance records. Assists with employee communications, engagement initiatives, company events, reporting, HR projects, and process improvements. Requires strong communication, organization, discretion, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, initiative, and willingness to learn. Previous HR experience is preferred but not required.

Manage LCL export operations including carrier and vendor relationships, rate negotiation, compliance with US export regulations, team leadership, KPI management, load/rolling decisions, and process improvement.

Oversee daily import freight forwarding operations for multiple white-label customer programs. Supervise and support the operations team, monitor shipment milestones, documentation, customs clearance, delivery, billing, and service performance. Resolve escalated issues, coordinate with carriers, brokers, agents, truckers, warehouses, and overseas offices, and ensure customer-specific procedures and confidentiality requirements are followed. Review operational and financial exceptions, train staff, maintain accurate records, and identify process improvements.

Coordinate and manage FCL ocean export/import shipments from origin to destination, track milestones, liaise with carriers and agents, ensure accurate export documentation, provide status updates and rates, and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced freight forwarding environment.

Coordinate all aspects of air export shipments from quoting to file closing: schedule pickups, rate shipments, communicate with customers/vendors/offices, file AES and issue airway bills, handle direct shipments/consolidations/domestic loads, meet KPIs, maintain book of business, and ensure compliance with TSA/CBP/US Census.
