The Controller leads the Finance department, supervises staff, prepares budgets and financial statements, monitors grants and cash, analyzes accounts, oversees audits, and supports billing, collections, and revenue processes. The role ensures accurate and timely reporting, regulatory and grant compliance, financial performance improvement, and preparation of materials for leadership and board committees. It also administers the 401(k) plan and partners with the VP of Finance on organization-wide initiatives.
