The Junior Technical Success Manager ensures technical delivery and adoption of AI solutions, manages projects across stakeholders, oversees technical health, and educates customers on best practices.

As an Associate Technical Success Manager, you will manage the technical delivery and success of strategic accounts, ensuring effective implementation and usage of AI solutions while coordinating with various stakeholders.

Drive inbound and outbound prospecting into enterprise accounts for Qdrant, qualify leads, run discovery conversations with engineering/AI audiences, book qualified meetings, support Enterprise AEs on account strategy, and maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline data while hitting monthly and quarterly pipeline targets.

Serve as the primary technical owner post-sale for strategic accounts, coordinating Solutions Architects, FDEs, and Support to drive deployment, adoption, and technical health of vector search, RAG, and agentic AI solutions. Manage projects and stakeholders, run architecture reviews, escalate critical issues, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering.

Build and automate internal tools and services to operate Qdrant Cloud at scale. Develop platform components in Go and Python, improve Kubernetes automation, provisioning, reliability, scalability, and observability. Collaborate on architecture, participate in incident response, and reduce manual operational toil through automation.
