Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, performance management, hiring, OEM relationships, marketing coordination, CRM/system improvements, and risk mitigation while supporting Area Sales Managers and providing forward revenue visibility to leadership.

Manage territory sales to municipalities, engineers, and contractors for water/wastewater equipment. Provide technical recommendations, product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and project support. Build and maintain customer relationships, coordinate presentations and events, attend industry conferences, and pursue training to drive business growth.

Develop and maintain relationships with municipalities, engineers, and contractors to drive pump and process-equipment sales across a regional territory. Provide technical recommendations, product demonstrations, training, troubleshooting, and ongoing account management. Coordinate presentations, attend industry events, and travel for manufacturer training as needed.

Responsible for designing, developing, and executing engineering scopes for complex automation and electrical control projects in the water/wastewater industry.

The Automation Engineer develops and implements control systems for water treatment, programming PLC and SCADA applications, and ensuring system performance through testing and troubleshooting.
