Lead technical design and quoting of complex radio communications systems, respond to RFPs with system designs and documentation, support capture activities, research emerging technologies, deliver partner and sales training, perform on-site assessments of radio/dispatch infrastructure, evaluate site components, and represent the company at industry events and webinars.

Design, develop, test, and oversee Land Mobile Radio wireless communications systems for public safety, transportation, and utility customers. Produce design documentation, test plans, and integration/configuration work. Provide technical oversight to subcontractors, manage equipment selection and installations, and collaborate with project managers and network engineers through full project lifecycle, including factory and on-site validation and optimization.
