Support month-end close, maintain general ledger accuracy, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, produce financial schedules and variance analysis, support intercompany and shared-services accounting, assist audits, and drive process and system improvements (Sage Intacct/BuildOps integrations).

Lead mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through close-out, managing budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, RFIs, change orders, and client relationships. Coordinate field teams, enforce safety and code compliance, mentor junior staff, and ensure timely, profitable project delivery. Travel to job sites up to 50%.

Administer HSI safety and LMS platforms and contractor pre-qualification systems; manage user setup, training assignments, compliance tracking, SharePoint safety page, and reporting. Coordinate in-person and virtual safety training, maintain records and certifications, support incident documentation and regulatory compliance, and provide administrative support to Safety Managers and field teams to promote a proactive safety culture.
