Design control schemes, schematics, ladder drawings, panel layouts and wiring diagrams for medium/large power transformers. Produce bills of materials, troubleshoot designs during manufacturing and testing, incorporate customer revisions, prepare mechanical documentation, research components, and coordinate with mechanical designers, manufacturing, customers and vendors.

Manage multiple transformer manufacturing projects from kickoff through closeout while serving as the primary customer liaison. Manages multiple engineered transformer manufacturing projects from kickoff through closeout. Serves as the primary customer liaison, coordinates engineering, operations, logistics, suppliers, and service teams, resolves risks and conflicts, manages change orders, tracks schedules and milestones, and reports project performance and financial health using SAP and Qlik. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder coordination, and customer relationship skills.

Manage execution of capital and expansion manufacturing projects: develop and maintain project plans, track scope/schedule/costs, manage risks and changes, coordinate vendors/contractors/stakeholders, report status, and maintain project documentation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
