Lead and execute software tests for KNAPP products and projects, develop test plans/cases, run in-house and on-site testing, create automated tests, document results and anomalies, mentor junior QA staff, report quality metrics, and ensure test environments and processes meet product standards.

Provide PLC-focused control-system support for warehouse automation: monitor and troubleshoot storage, conveyor, and sorter PLC systems; diagnose PLC/HMI/sensor/drive/network faults; restore service or apply workarounds; coordinate on-site and remote teams; maintain tickets, documentation, and change control; and communicate status and handovers to stakeholders.

Provide PLC-focused control-system support for automated warehouses: monitor and troubleshoot storage, conveyor, and sorter PLC systems; diagnose PLC logic, HMIs, sensors/actuators, drives/VFDs, and industrial networks; restore service or apply approved workarounds; manage tickets, documentation, and change control; coordinate on-site and remote teams and escalate as needed to meet SLAs.
