Full-cycle legal recruiter responsible for proactively sourcing, engaging, and closing plaintiff/PI attorneys across Texas. Build market maps, manage pipeline metrics, partner with practice leaders, coordinate interviews, support offers, and ensure successful 30/60/90-day onboarding.

Manage HRIS tasks, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, audits, reporting, exit interviews, and support HR Manager. Develop HR solutions, maintain confidentiality, and perform other HR-related duties.

Provide general office support including filing, scanning, supply management, answering phones, data entry, faxing, and basic Excel work. Maintain confidentiality, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate strong organization, math, attention to detail, and professional demeanor.

Greet clients, maintain log for hand-delivered packages, transfer phone calls to attorneys, paralegals and staff, and perform other clerical duties. Provide professional phone and front-desk service and be available for holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
