Manages customer relationships and territory business, develops new accounts, secures product authorizations, ensures retail shelf and pricing execution, manages trade spending and promotions, presents customer business reviews, and delivers annual volume and margin targets. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, customer P&L management, sales presentations, and occasional overnight travel.

The Human Resources Generalist supports broad HR functions, including maintaining personnel and medical files, interviewing, background checks, employee onboarding, benefits assistance, FMLA and workers’ compensation tracking, attendance and absence documentation, employee discipline, unemployment claims, training records, audits, government reporting, and HR projects. The role also provides employee support, coordinates work across teams, and may lead projects or staff while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.

Provide phone and email customer service, perform 10-key order entry, process orders for load scheduling, balance shipped/delivered products, handle deposits and statements, and perform daily office functions in a fast-paced environment.
