Provide application system analysis and support activities including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, training, reporting, and implementation. Track issues and work effort, participate in projects and on-call rotation, develop foundational knowledge of applications and client workflows, and support departmental processes under supervision.

Perform measurement and analytics tasks with supervision: collect and manage data, generate reports using vendor tools/databases, produce tables/graphics and descriptive statistics, assist in developing and refining measurement processes and new measures of minor to moderate complexity.
