Manages the CFAES master schedule of course offerings in the Student Information System, coordinates scheduling with academic units and university offices, audits offerings for curricular compliance, manages instructional space scheduling, maintains online scheduling resources, supports new systems and procedures, trains personnel, resolves scheduling issues, and completes special projects. Provide piano accompaniment for Ohio State University's Musical Theatre course, The Singing Actor, during the Spring 2027 semester. The accompanist will perform during scheduled class sessions on Wednesdays and Fridays, support musical instruction, and sight-read scores. The position is intermittent with varying shifts and requires successful completion of a background check.

Designs, develops, and delivers in-person and virtual professional development for early childhood, youth, and family care professionals. Creates research-informed presentations, facilitator guides, webinars, and online learning content using adult learning principles. Reviews and updates Virtual Lab School materials, collaborates with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams, and ensures content is accessible, accurate, current, and aligned with evidence-based practices and quality improvement priorities.

Oversees CTSI fiscal operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, grant financial management, reporting, resource allocation, compliance, and risk mitigation. Advises leadership, presents financial analyses, supports funding proposals, manages policies and procedures, and coordinates program metrics and NIH, NCATS, and CTSA reporting. The role also supports payroll and HR reconciliation, process improvements, subaward relationships, special projects, and CTSI operations in the Administrative Director’s absence.

Coordinates strategic, operational, and programmatic initiatives within the Department of Neurology. Manages complex projects, analyzes operational and performance data, recommends process improvements, supports operational planning, engages stakeholders, and partners with departmental and divisional leadership to advance priorities and business operations.
