Designs, develops, deploys, and optimizes generative AI systems for customer missions. Responsibilities include end-to-end model development, data preparation, evaluation, deployment, prototyping emerging AI technologies, prompt engineering, and LLM/RAG product development. Designs, implements, administers, and optimizes enterprise storage, SAN, backup, and disaster recovery infrastructure across on-premises and government cloud environments. Troubleshoots advanced storage and data protection issues, performs capacity and performance analysis, tests recovery capabilities, develops technical documentation, ensures cybersecurity and regulatory compliance, and communicates technical recommendations to stakeholders. The role requires DoD IT experience, active Secret clearance, and hands-on expertise with technologies including Fibre Channel, NetBackup, AWS Backup, and Azure Recovery Services.

Perform Azure cloud operations and systems administration across Commercial, Government, and Secret environments. Responsibilities include patching, monitoring, backup and recovery, identity and access management, cloud networking, scripting, vulnerability remediation, STIG compliance, SIEM monitoring, ATO and POA&M support, database administration, classified system operations, cost optimization, incident resolution, and technical documentation. The role requires maintaining secure, available production systems supporting NTIA spectrum-management applications.

Conduct electromagnetic spectrum engineering and RF analysis for military and government systems. Evaluate commercial wireless deployments, system parameters, interference risks, and spectrum compatibility. Develop validation criteria, analytical methodologies, engineering recommendations, and technical reports. Maintain spectrum data and documentation, support deconfliction and equipment certifications, validate analytical tools, and collaborate with government and engineering stakeholders. The role is onsite at Fort Meade and requires Secret clearance with Top Secret eligibility.

Develop, test, deploy, and maintain Java applications supporting the DEA’s secure investigative case-management ecosystem. Collaborate with Pega developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and stakeholders in Agile delivery. Support CI/CD pipelines, application integrations, monitoring, troubleshooting, code reviews, testing, documentation, and secure software practices aligned with federal cybersecurity and compliance requirements.

Supports functional and regression testing for Pega applications within the DEA ICDE modernization program. Responsibilities include designing and executing test cases, validating requirements, documenting defects and test results, maintaining QA artifacts, supporting user acceptance testing, participating in Agile ceremonies, and collaborating with developers, business analysts, and senior QA professionals. The role is primarily onsite at DEA Headquarters and requires a Secret clearance with willingness to pursue TS/SCI.

Designs and executes functional, regression, interoperability, and user acceptance testing for Pega applications supporting a DEA modernization program. Translates requirements and acceptance criteria into test scenarios, tracks and retests defects, analyzes risks and results, maintains test suites, and collaborates with engineering, business analysis, and product teams throughout Agile development iterations. The role also supports test planning, validation reporting, continuous QA improvement, and Agile ceremonies.
