Manage product-related claims from submission through supplier resolution, credit collection, and closeout. Responsibilities include updating claim records, gathering evidence, submitting documentation, coordinating inspections, obtaining authorizations, reconciling supplier credits with accounting, escalating disputes, reporting receivables, and maintaining relationships across production, purchasing, warehousing, accounting, and suppliers.

Provides receptionist and administrative support in a warehouse office environment. Responsibilities include filing, scanning, answering phones, greeting visitors, data entry, mail distribution, processing project paperwork and reports, coordinating with production and home-office personnel, liaising with vendors, and ordering office supplies. Requires strong organization, communication, computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently while occasionally lifting objects over 20 pounds.

Provide administrative and front-desk support for the area manager, including phone reception, data entry, permit preparation and tracking, document management, scheduling, records maintenance, coordinating with supervisors and subcontractors, customer follow-up, and office supply management to ensure organized, efficient operations.
