Provides routine and some complex HR support including creating and processing HRIS actions, maintaining personnel records, auditing files, assisting supervisors and employees with HR/payroll questions, preparing reports, and coordinating HR events and programs.

Lead and manage the Office of Clinical Experiences overseeing clinical placements, district partnerships, TEA/TAC compliance, budgets, staff supervision, data and accreditation activities, training for host/cooperating teachers, and coordination of field-based teacher preparation and certification processes.

Lead alumni engagement strategy and programs, manage events and traditions, cultivate volunteer leadership and alumni council, support fundraising collaboration, oversee budgets, metrics, communications, and supervise volunteers and student employees to strengthen lifelong alumni connections.
