Coaches and supports early childhood educators across multiple centers by observing classrooms, providing feedback, improving curriculum implementation, assessing learning environments, mentoring new staff, and promoting positive teacher-child and family experiences. The role requires strong knowledge of child development, lesson planning, classroom assessment, adult coaching, communication, and presentation skills.

Oversee daily childcare center operations, including staff scheduling, attendance tracking, coverage, compliance, documentation, collections, records, supplies, and administrative execution. Support financial operations, family and teacher retention, tours, enrollment, staff development, and employee engagement. Partner with the Center Director to maintain safety, licensing compliance, operational efficiency, and quality while supporting staff and families.

Supports staff and family development, enrollment tours, retention, supplies, financial operations, and licensing adherence while partnering with the Center Director to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent program delivery.

Conducts frequent onsite compliance audits across assigned markets and regions, evaluating adherence to policies, procedures, regulations, and operational standards. Documents findings, identifies trends and systemic risks, prepares audit reports, recommends improvements, maintains confidential records, and escalates significant concerns to executive leadership. Partners objectively with field leaders and cross-functional teams to strengthen processes, accountability, quality, and continuous improvement. This remote-first role requires approximately 90% travel.

As Assistant Director, you'll support the Director in fostering a safe, nurturing environment for children, leading staff, promoting unity, and encouraging enrollment growth through innovative programs.

Manage day-to-day center operations, staff scheduling and performance, compliance with licensing and company policies, administrative and financial tasks, family support and enrollment assistance, and partner with the Center Director to ensure efficient, safe, and well-documented center operations.

Designs, delivers, and evaluates instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning training to build operational capability and consistent brand experience. Partners with operations and instructional designers to create scalable content, facilitates Train-the-Trainer and other sessions, assesses learner performance, supports onboarding and field coaching, analyzes training outcomes, monitors compliance, and reports on training metrics. Travels regionally to support corporate offices, schools, and training sites.

Support the Center Director in daily operations, staff scheduling, classroom oversight, compliance and documentation, parent communication, onboarding and coaching staff, and provide supervisory coverage when needed.
