Lead data and research for Southampton FC and Sport Republic clubs, building proprietary data models and AI solutions to support recruitment, scouting, coaching, player development, sport science and medical. Produce tactical insights, dashboards, match and board reports, database designs and player screening/due diligence. Manage a team, oversee AI projects and sport-specific analytics, and support integration with Sport Republic software and apps to drive data-led decision-making.
