Manage AV/LV construction projects as primary point of contact for clients, trades, GC, and reps. Own scope, scheduling, budgets, change orders, quality control, blueprint reading/markups, work orders, and status updates in iPoint while working onsite through all implementation phases.

Oversee scope, scheduling, budgets, work orders, quality control, blueprint interpretation, change orders, and sales coordination. Ensure projects meet SOW, plans, company standards, and profitability while working hands-on across rough/trim/final phases.
