Audits affordable and market-rate housing files, tracks syndicator and state-agency deadlines, reviews Yardi uploads, prepares Bond TIC submissions, conducts site visits, coordinates corrections, supports lease-up compliance, prepares reports, and communicates audit findings and training needs to compliance and property teams.

Leads NRP’s national strategy for partnerships with Public Housing Authorities and public-sector stakeholders. Builds executive relationships, originates affordable housing opportunities involving RAD, Section 18, Choice Neighborhoods, LIHTC, and mixed-finance initiatives, and expands NRP into new markets. Advises leadership, collaborates with development teams to evaluate opportunities, represents NRP at industry events, and creates a sustainable pipeline of strategic partnerships. Extensive national travel is required.

Coordinates apartment leasing and administrative activities to maximize occupancy and resident retention. Responsibilities include generating prospect traffic, conducting tours, processing applications and payments, coordinating move-ins, maintaining files and compliance, supporting resident events, monitoring property appearance and service operations, conducting market surveys, and developing local referral and marketing programs. Provides professional customer service and supports leasing performance and closing-ratio goals.

Leases apartments and supports occupancy through prospect follow-up, property tours, sales outreach, market surveys, referrals, and move-in coordination. Processes applications, fees, deposits, rents, leases, renewals, and compliance documentation. Provides resident customer service, supports events and retention efforts, inspects units and property appearance, monitors service operations, and assists with administrative tasks, errands, and other properties as needed.

Supports daily multifamily property operations under the Community Manager, including rent collection, financial and resident-file administration, leasing, renewals, market analysis, compliance, resident events, property inspections, service coordination, customer service, and team supervision. The role also provides manager coverage during absences and requires availability for emergencies, weekends, and occasional support at other properties.

Manage and coordinate file and physical audits for properties, obtain corrective documentation, enter required data into state and partner databases, prepare audit responses, complete occupancy/income reporting, and liaise with agencies, syndicators, and site staff to ensure timely compliance.

Recruits, trains, schedules, and supervises property staff while ensuring service standards, accurate records, legal compliance, and budgeted NOI achievement. May provide emergency coverage, assist other properties, and run property-related errands.
