Manages post-award accounting for assigned grants and contracts, including sub-recipient monitoring, financial reporting, billing, receivables, journal entries, reconciliations, and budget reviews. Supports principal investigators and annual Single Audits while ensuring compliance with university policies and award requirements. The role requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and deadline-management skills, along with accounting experience in higher education, government, or nonprofit settings.

Serve as primary authorizer liaison for an assigned portfolio of charter schools, advising boards and leaders, monitoring academic and organizational data, ensuring contract compliance, coordinating board appointments and trainings, and collaborating with internal and external partners to strengthen school performance and board effectiveness.
