Provide administrative support to the Dean of Students/Vice President for Student Affairs, coordinate the Wellness Task Force, schedule meetings, invite presenters/vendors, manage events (using EMS, TMA, Catertrax), design communications, track participation and budgets, procure equipment, reconcile financial reports, collect wellness data, enforce FERPA, and perform other office duties to support campus wellness programming (part-time, 20 hours/week).
