Evaluate and restructure mortgage loan scenarios to improve eligibility and approval potential. Conduct high-cost loan reviews for compliance, manage cancellation requests, and collaborate with underwriting, sales, closing, and operations teams to resolve complex issues. Maintain documentation, monitor outstanding requests, communicate recommendations, and identify process improvements while supporting Non-QM lending operations and loan quality.

Conduct at least 200 daily outbound calls to mortgage brokers, promote Champions Funding’s Non-QM Ally loan product and educational webinars, convert leads into approved broker partners, and drive loan submissions. The role includes presenting value propositions, supporting broker onboarding, maintaining product knowledge, meeting sales goals, tracking activity in CRM tools, and providing follow-up service. Full training is provided, and no mortgage or real estate experience is required.
