Prepare and file USCIS and EOIR applications (family‑based petitions, adjustment of status, waivers, naturalization, EADs, DACA/TPS, U visas, DS‑260), manage electronic case files and case management system, communicate with clients, translate documents, assist attorneys, meet deadlines, submit motions, and support team collaboration.

Represents immigration clients through family petitions, asylum, hearings, SIJIS, U-Visas, waivers, court proceedings, and trials. The attorney conducts legal research, drafts motions and briefs, coordinates case strategy, manages paralegals and deadlines, meets prospective clients, tracks legal developments, and markets firm services. The role requires handling a high-volume caseload, client communication, team management, and one Saturday per month.

Manage a high-volume immigration caseload from intake to resolution, develop legal strategies, represent clients before USCIS/EOIR/ICE, draft motions and appeals, supervise and mentor paralegals, ensure filing and court deadline compliance, conduct legal research, and engage in business development and community outreach. Provide subject-matter expertise across family-based petitions, asylum, removal defense, SIJS, U visas, VAWA, waivers, adjustment of status, consular processing, and related immigration relief.

Handle a high-volume immigration caseload from intake through resolution, develop legal strategy, represent clients before immigration agencies and courts, draft motions and appeals, supervise and mentor paralegals, ensure compliance with deadlines, and support business development and community outreach.

Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) paralegal support for EOIR cases: manage high-volume caseloads, prepare and file court applications, motions, and appeals, maintain case records, communicate with clients, coordinate hearing preparation, and ensure compliance with court deadlines and firm procedures.

The Immigration Paralegal will assist with the immigration process, prepare applications, communicate with clients, and manage case deadlines.
