Drive yield, cycle time, and reliability improvements using DOE, SPC, and root cause analysis; partner with product, equipment, and operations teams to transition processes to high-volume manufacturing and ensure mechanical, electrical, and thermal performance and safety compliance.

Process accurate biweekly multi-state U.S. payroll using ADP and UKG Pro; handle payroll transactions, reconciliations, audits, tax compliance, equity compensation (RSUs/ESPP), expatriate payroll, and employee inquiries. Monitor process performance using SPC and Cp/Cpk, run DOEs, perform root cause analysis and CAPA, support process validation and transfers, drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), maintain process docs and KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve yield, throughput, and cost.

Develop scalable planning analytics and automation for a global supply chain: build data pipelines and models (demand forecasting, inventory optimization, capacity/backlog modeling), support SIOP scenario planning, operationalize analytics with IT, establish data governance and standards, and train/mentor analysts to embed analytics into decision-making.

Provide expert-level technical support and failure analysis for probe card products in production, drive root-cause investigations using ATE, microscopy and electrical measurements, collaborate with engineering and manufacturing on corrective actions, support NPI and onsite customer troubleshooting, and analyze wafer test data to produce technical reports and optimize yield.

Lead definition, optimization, and sustainment of end-to-end probe card manufacturing process flows. Drive yield and performance improvements, lead NPI and technology transfer, define control strategies (SPC/FDC), run DOEs and root-cause analysis, manage change control, and mentor engineers while aligning cross-functional teams for scalable high-volume production.

Lead development and delivery of advanced cooling solutions for probe card technologies. Define thermal strategy and roadmap, manage and scale engineering teams, drive product development using PLC methodology, coordinate cross-functional prototyping and manufacturing, resolve critical product issues, and deliver program outcomes for schedule, cost, and technical performance.
