Design, evaluate, and build end-to-end Oracle EBS solutions. Lead enterprise AI and automation strategy, governance, and delivery. Partner with business and IT teams to identify high-value use cases, build production-ready AI solutions, establish repeatable implementation patterns, ensure security and compliance, measure business impact, and enable adoption through mentoring and standards.

Lead multi-shift equipment engineering teams to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing equipment performance. Drive maintenance excellence, improve uptime/MTBF/MTTR, develop supervisors and technicians, establish standards and troubleshooting processes, support installations and NPI, and use CMMS/MES/data tools to deliver continuous improvement and manufacturing readiness.

Lead full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and technical roles. Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for specialized semiconductor and test-and-measurement domains. Partner with hiring managers on market intelligence, intake, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and recruiting process improvements while maintaining ATS data and metrics.

Lead internal communications and employer brand strategy globally. Partner with People, TA, Marketing and executives to craft messaging, manage channels, measure impact, support events, change communications, and drive employee engagement and talent attraction.

Lead and grow an RF probe card design team to deliver advanced RF/microwave probe card solutions. Own technical direction, design methodologies, resource planning, cross-functional collaboration, design-for-manufacturability, process improvements, automation initiatives, and on-time delivery across product lifecycles.
