Build reproducible cross-compile toolchains, design stable interfaces, resolve cross-team platform integration issues, optimize resource-constrained subsystems, debug complex firmware problems, and mentor other engineers while continuing to ship production code.

Own and maintain the embedded Linux platform (distribution, kernel, bootloader, BSPs, SDK). Perform board bring-up, kernel/device driver development, bootloader and secure boot/update design, runtime libraries and tooling, cross-compile toolchain, and mentor teams on platform best practices.

Develop and maintain flight-critical firmware for UAVs: implement flight modes and control algorithms, port and tune sensors across flight stacks, integrate datalinks and payloads, run bench and flight tests, debug hardware-coupled failures, and write unit/integration tests with SITL/HITL support.
