Lead and grow the flight software engineering team responsible for flight controls, avionics, payload integration, datalink, and onboard health. The Head of Autonomy will lead the development of autonomy systems for drones, overseeing team building, execution, and testing while driving product roadmap and deployment of hardware-constrained autonomy solutions.

Design and integrate high-performance camera modules for drones: select image sensors/ISPs, lead mechanical packaging and lens alignment, define supplier design criteria, and own assembly processes and testing to ensure manufacturable, high-yield camera products.
