Serve as an HR consultant and liaison to business leaders, providing coaching and solutions in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and leadership development. Anticipate department HR needs, ensure policy compliance with federal and state laws, support workforce planning and retention, and partner with Talent Acquisition to execute hiring strategies that build a high-performance, caring workplace.

Provide professional legal support and assistance to providers and management in a healthcare setting, including backup coverage for MMA provider scheduling and related administrative areas. Requires handling legal-related coordination, clerical tasks, and collaboration with clinical and management teams.

Serve as a senior strategic advisor translating regional priorities into integrated marketing and communications strategies. Partner with regional executives, hospital leadership, and enterprise marketing to plan, sequence, and execute multi-channel initiatives, monitor success metrics, and ensure brand consistency.

Provide day-to-day administration and support for enterprise applications (including ServiceNow), configure and maintain environments, collaborate with clinical and business stakeholders, develop training materials, support implementations and optimizations, and apply project management to deploy and improve systems supporting payroll, HR, supply chain, finance and clinical workflows.

Provide strategic oversight and enterprise-level configuration of UKG Workforce Management. Architect complex configurations, establish standards, advise leadership, lead major releases, coach analysts, and serve as SME for audits, governance, reporting, pay policies, scheduling, and attestation.
